Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept Delta, Visa, Solo and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling
Shipping and handling within Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland is FREE. There are no hidden additional extra costs, the price shown is a delivered price to you door. Unfortunately we cannot ship any orders overseas on this website.
***IMPORTANT INFORMATION** If an item has already been dispatched from our warehouse on a 'signed for delivery', and you then require the address to be changed for the redirection of the parcel to another address - this will incur a EURO 9.00 surcharge. As a company we do not make a profit out of this service, this is the charge that is raised against our company for any parcel that requires the address changing once the item has been despatched. |
Delivery ScheduleAll orders will be processed immediatley. Orders are normally despatched within 5 - 7 working days and delivery is normally received in 7 - 10 days.
Please note that the majority of our orders are dispatched on a 'signed for delivery'. Please ensure when placing your order, that you give an address where someone will be able to take charge of the item, or you can alternatively leave a message in the 'special instructions' section stating that you would like the item to be left in a safe place.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. |
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. |

Returns Policy
All returns are to be sent directly to Physiosupplies Ireland. C/O Irishfit Ltd, 91 Upper Georges Street, Dun Laoghaire, Dublin, Ireland
To ensure the quickest way for your return to be processed is to obtain a Returns Number (RM#). This is obtained by contacting us on (01) 2846107. When calling we require your invoice number (can be found on the invoice sent with your order) and your order number (if your ordered over our website). Returns must be clearly marked with the RM# (if obtained), your full name, address, and invoice number. This will enable us to identify the goods.
EXCHANGES: If you have ordered an item incorrectly, then the item can be exchanged providing the item is returned in its original packaging, and unopened. Once we have received the item, we will then exchange it for you. Unfortunately we cannot send any exchange item out until the original item has been returned to us. All items must be returned to us using your own courier/postal service. We recommend that you use a 'special delivery' or 'signed for' service to ensure that you can track the parcel.
Goods returned with an RM# will take approximately 7 - 10 working days to be processed, whereas goods returned without an RM# will take up to 30 days to process
Please note that if you wish to return a purchased item - then it must be returned to us in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition and by using your own courier/postal service. We recommend that you use a 'special delivery' or 'signed for' service to ensure that you can track the parcel.
All products that are returned to us in an unopened and re-sellable condition will be refunded in full.
